SKS Technologies has acquired Integrated Solutions Group Queensland for a total of $5 million. The payment includes $1.8 million in cash and $1.2 million in new SKS shares, both due upon completion by the end of September. An additional $2 million is available through an earn-out arrangement, payable in equal amounts over three years.
Integrated Solutions, headquartered in Queensland with 32 employees, offers IT project management, consultancy, and support services, including cybersecurity, data hosting, and procurement. This acquisition aligns with SKS’s focus on audio-visual, IT, electrical, and communication networking solutions and supports its strategy for national expansion.
SKS CEO Matthew Jinks noted that Integrated Solutions meets SKS’s acquisition criteria, including high margins, recurring revenue, and excellent growth prospects. The acquisition is part of SKS’s strategy to drive higher margins with a recurring revenue model through the integration of IT and audio-visual networks. Integrated Solutions will continue operating from Brisbane, contributing to SKS’s national growth.
Having previously collaborated on successful projects, Jinks views this acquisition as a logical extension to enhance SKS’s offerings and capabilities.
