AUDIO VISUAL TECHNICIAN/COMMISSIONER – MELBOURNE
About the Role:
We are looking for a fulltime experienced audio-visual service technician with excellent troubleshooting skills to join our service team in Melbourne.
Requirements for this role:

- 4+ years’ experience in the audio visual industry
- Audio visual projects experience
- Great work attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- Thorough and systematic approach to problem solving
- Act in a professional manner at all times, someone we would be happy to put in front of a client
- Strong knowledge of a variety of audio visual systems and technology
- Providing onsite service, fault finding and technical diagnosis
Ability to configure, evaluate, upgrade, repair, test and troubleshoot quickly under pressure
The ability to read and understand technical specifications and system schematics - Capable of creating and maintaining documents and tracking logs, conduct preventive maintenance and enhance the overall activities for conference rooms and shared spaces technology equipment and systems
- Experience with Crestron products is highly desired but not mandatory
- Additional experience in networking, DSP or system commissioning is highly desired but not mandatory
- Crestron Digital media certification highly desired but not mandatory
- Extron AV principles certification highly desired but not mandatory
- Biamp Tesira certification highly desired but not mandatory
- Q-sys level 1 training highly desired but not mandatory
- Valid Driver’s license
- Construction Card (White Card)
