Equinix SY2 UPS Upgrade

SKS was engaged to deliver a major UPS upgrade for a critical environment. The project involved replacing two existing 800kVA Chloride 90net units with a single 1420kVA Vertiv CUBE UPS configured for N+1 redundancy, utilising four active cores with one redundant core. Works included capacity management of the live environment, coordination of all stakeholders, and associated builder works in partnership with Erilyan. This upgrade ensures enhanced reliability and resilience for essential operations.
