New Footscray Hospital

The New Footscray Hospital is one of the largest healthcare projects ever delivered in Victoria. SKS Technologies delivered the integrated audio visual and communications systems, supporting clinical care, education and everyday hospital operations. Working closely with the project team, SKS redesigned the original AV solution into a centralised AV over IP platform, reducing infrastructure, simplifying installation and creating a consistent technology standard across more than 400 rooms. The completed system connects operating theatres, simulation labs, lecture theatres and collaboration spaces, giving clinicians and staff reliable technology for patient care, training and communication while providing a flexible platform that can adapt to the hospital's future needs.
