Northside Clinic

SKS Technologies was the Principal Electrical Contractor for Northside Clinic, a ten level private mental health facility designed and constructed by Richard Crookes Constructions. The clinic accommodates 112 private inpatient rooms with individual ensuites and includes advanced treatment spaces for Electroconvulsive Therapy and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, alongside wellness areas, therapy rooms, and extensive outdoor spaces. SKS Technologies’ scope encompassed the installation of new substation transformers, main and distribution switchboards, UPS systems for critical suites, and future provision for diesel generator integration. The team implemented optical fibre networks, telecommunications and data systems, IPTV, intelligent lighting control via C-Bus, and integrated security systems, supported by robust lightning protection. This project reflects SKS Technologies’ capability to deliver complex electrical infrastructure that meets stringent healthcare standards while enabling operational efficiency and patient wellbeing.
