Northside Clinic Level 8

SKS Technologies delivered the electrical scope for the Level 8 extension of Northside Clinic which involved constructing an additional floor on top of the existing seven level building. Works included the demolition and removal of the existing roof, installation of a new external façade, and complete internal ward fitout. The project incorporated a specialised modular façade system designed and coordinated by Erilyan, enabling panels to be constructed at ground level and lifted into place with a tower crane. This innovative approach eliminated the need for full building scaffolding and significantly reduced construction time. The new level features 25 inpatient rooms with spacious ensuites, a large nurses’ station, two group therapy rooms, and two outdoor balconies, enhancing the clinic’s capacity and patient experience.
