SKS Technologies managed the design and construction of Ramsay Healthcare’s new office space across Levels 7 and 8 of Tower B within the North Shore Health Hub. The fitout features an internal staircase, fluted glazed windows, expansive kitchen and social areas, executive boardrooms, and advanced AV systems supporting Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Electronic sit-to-stand workstations and ergonomic furniture were integrated throughout to promote flexibility and wellbeing. Acoustic performance was a key consideration, achieved effectively across boardrooms, meeting rooms, and offices. The design also incorporated COVID safe solutions, including strategic workstation spacing and reduced touchpoints, ensuring a modern, collaborative, and health conscious workplace.
