SKS Technologies managed the end to end coordination of ASP3 design in collaboration with Ausgrid, engaging ASP1 for civil works and overseeing the energisation process within a live facility. The project required meticulous planning and execution to maintain operational continuity, supported by the development of comprehensive Methods of Procedure (MOPs) to ensure safety and compliance.
