The District at SkyCity

SKS Technologies delivered a full scale electrical installation for The District at SkyCity, designed to meet the operational and experiential demands of a premium hospitality venue. The District is a two-level outdoor bar and live music venue and features the first and only micro brewery to be installed in a casino anywhere in Australia or New Zealand. The scope included a complete electrical fitout for The District, encompassing power distribution, general and feature lighting, GPO provisions, and dedicated connections for bar and kitchen equipment. Seamless integration with existing casino infrastructure was achieved through close coordination with AV, lighting control, fire, and security systems, ensuring uninterrupted functionality across all services. The installation was executed in strict compliance with SkyCity’s operational standards and SA Power Networks (SAPN) requirements.
