Priority 1
The objective for Priority 1 is to make safe and minimise damage | Within four (4) hour (during Normal Working Hours); or Within six (6) hours (after hours) | - Serious safety or environmental hazard/incident.
- Irreplaceable/catastrophic loss
- Widespread loss of power
- Serious asset damage (e.g., fire / major leaks which may include water, gas) |
Priority 2 | Within one (1) Working Day | - Low risk safety hazards
- Malfunction of equipment |
Priority 3 | Within three (3) Working Days | - Asset requires maintenance – not urgent.
- Minimal risk |
Priority 4 | No specified response time | - Routine maintenance
- Programmed work
- Work scheduled |
