Priority Response TimeframeCategories
Priority 1 The objective for Priority 1 is to make safe and minimise damageWithin four (4) hour (during Normal Working Hours); or Within six (6) hours (after hours)- Serious safety or environmental hazard/incident. - Irreplaceable/catastrophic loss - Widespread loss of power - Serious asset damage (e.g., fire / major leaks which may include water, gas)
Priority 2Within one (1) Working Day- Low risk safety hazards - Malfunction of equipment
Priority 3Within three (3) Working Days- Asset requires maintenance – not urgent. - Minimal risk
Priority 4No specified response time- Routine maintenance - Programmed work - Work scheduled
