PSNI Global Alliance awarded The AV Company and SKS Technologies the “Best Places to Work in AV” accolade, based on results from the organization’s Employee Engagement Survey. The AV Company, based in Hawaii, won in the category for companies with fewer than 50 employees, while the Australian-based SKS Technologies won in the category for companies with over 50 employees.

The survey, which had record participation from PSNI’s 18,000+ member network, focused on employee engagement, identifying key work attributes, and understanding perceptions of leadership, work relationships, culture, growth, and opportunity.

Thomas Lee, President of The AV Company, highlighted trust, communication, and teamwork as keys to their success. Chris Miller, PSNI Global Alliance executive director, emphasized the importance of people in a successful business. SKS Technologies CEO Matthew Jinks noted the significance of the award, especially during a challenging and transformational year in 2020.

PSNI Global Alliance supports employee engagement and development, representing nearly 200 service and integration offices in 50 countries across six continents, making it the largest global network of audiovisual integrators.
