Audio Visual Onsite Support Team Member – Sydney

About the Role:

We are looking for a fulltime Audio-Visual Onsite Support team member with excellent communication skills and proficiency in troubleshooting to be situated at one of our client’s premises in Sydney CBD.

Requirements for this role:

  • Great work attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to acknowledge and interact with the client while maintaining a pleasant and professional image and attitude.
  • Respond quickly to questions and requests and handle service problems politely and efficiently.
  • 1- 2+ years’ experience in similar onsite concierge role within the audio-visual industry favourable
  • Thorough and systematic approach to problem solving.
  • Pro-actively identify potential issues and provide solutions to client concerns.
  • Set up and pack down of client events and client video conferencing systems.
  • Strong knowledge of a variety of audio-visual systems and technology
  • Ability to configure, evaluate, upgrade, repair, test and troubleshoot quickly and under pressure whilst in client events
  • The ability to read and understand technical specifications and system schematics
  • Capable of creating and maintaining documents and tracking logs, and enhance the overall activities for conference rooms and shared spaces technology equipment and systems
  • Provide system operation and familiarisation training for new users
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and complete SLA reporting
